I use Cyql app for my club as it allows to have in one place all the releases organized with the technical and track details. Members can search for the outings that are most suitable for them using filters and can join them with a simple tap, they have the option of commenting and for the organizer it is a valid tool to have clear information about the participants. Each outing is an end in itself and therefore all the information and the various comments refer to the outing in an unambiguous way.
